KUSAMA LEARNING
For Elementary School Students:
“Let’s Explore Yayoi Kusama’s Art! ”
The Yayoi Kusama Museum is proud to announce a new program dedicated to teachers and elementary school students that provides classrooms an opportunity to learn and become familiar with artist Kusama and contemporary art in general. Two sets of printed pamphlets (Kids Guides), an exhibition video, and an instruction guide for teachers to follow along with the program will be distributed.
We hope that teachers and students can utilize these tools to engage in discussions, create artwork, and, through their lessons, become acquainted with the artist Yayoi Kusama. Our aspiration is for this program to be an opportunity for students to engage with her artworks and discover the fascination and familiarity of contemporary art.
